The Monek Portal has been rebuilt end-to-end. The new version is faster, easier to navigate, and adds the tools merchants have been asking for most — real-time reporting, one-click refunds, and granular filtering across every transaction channel.

What's new

  • Real-time transaction feed — see captures, authorisations, refunds, and settlements as they happen, with no manual refresh.
  • One-click refunds — issue a full or partial refund from the transaction row in two clicks, with the customer's original card automatically pre-filled.
  • Batch refunds — process refunds for multiple transactions in a single action, useful for event cancellations and bulk operations.
  • Advanced filtering — filter by channel (terminal, virtual terminal, Pay by Link, hosted checkout, API), date, card type, amount range, MID, and status — all combinable, all bookmarkable.
  • Saved views — bookmark the filter combinations you use every week and share them with your team.

Performance

Average page load is now under 600ms vs the previous portal's 2.4s, and the transaction-search index has been rebuilt to return results in under 100ms across the last 24 months of history. Exports up to 100,000 rows are now streamed rather than batched, eliminating the export timeouts that some high-volume merchants experienced.

Rollout

The new portal is live for all UK Monek merchants. The legacy portal remains accessible for the next 90 days for any merchant who needs it; after that, all logins will redirect to the new version. We'd love your feedback — there's a green "Feedback" tab in the bottom-right of every page.
