Refunds from the original sale
Full or partial refunds directly from the transaction row in the Monek Portal or the Monek app. No separate refund flow to learn.
One account, every channel
Your online sales sit alongside card machines, Pay by Link and Virtual Terminal on a single merchant account with one statement and one reconciliation.
What it costs
No monthly account fee, no setup fee, no PCI surcharge and no per-transaction gateway charge on top of the rate.
Non-UK cards are charged at a higher rate as well as the higher authorisation fee. Monek acquires in sterling and settles to your UK bank account; EUR and USD are available through partner acquiring.
